Hitesh Pandey

Mr. Hitesh Pandey has diverse corporate work experience of 10yrs+, worked with ICICI Securities Ltd, YES Bank Ltd, and HDFC Bank Ltd. gaining rich experience in Financial Planning, Goal based investment advisory, RISK adjusted asset allocation mix, Portfolio Management and Advisory services.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras in the year 2008-2011. Mr. Pandey comes from family of defense background, his father Mr. Chander Shekhar Pandey (retd.) INDIAN ARMED FORCE is also a member on the Board of the LLP as Co-Founder & Managing Partner.

Mr. P. Sanjay

Mr. Sanjay is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Madras in the year 2008-2011 and has sound corporate legal knowledge.

He has 5yrs+ hands on experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, FEMA, drafting various agreements like Shareholders Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement, Collaboration Agreements, processing petitions with NCLT and rendering opinion on diverse issues under Companies Act, FEMA including Real Estate Regulation and Development Act.

Head – Taxation & Accounts

CA. Bharat Choudhary

Mr. Bharat is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Commerce Graduate (B.Com) from University of Mumbai. He has experience of 5yrs+ in the field of Taxation, Audit and Assurance.

He has handled Statutory Audit assignments of Private Limited Companies and various other clients. He has also attended Income Tax Scrutiny Cases and various departmental assessments under GST and the earlier VAT regime.

Mr. Bharat, brings with him the strength of strong analytical acumen, identifying areas for financial planning through business process reviews and financial due diligence.
